Antennas

Mohu warrants to the original purchaser of this product that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective product at no charge. In the event Mohu chooses to replace the product, such replacement product may be a different model than the one originally purchased.

This warranty shall not cover any damage arising from improper use of the product, including without limitation, damage due to acts of nature (including without limitation weather-induced power surges and the like), use of the product in non-essential settings, accident, misuse or improper electrical/signal connections, improper installation, tampering, negligence, or product abuse.

This warranty is valid only in the USA and Canada. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless otherwise required by law, and any such implied warranties are limited to the one (1) year term of this warranty.

Accessories

Mohu warrants our accessories against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. No warranty claim will be honored unless, at the time the claim is made, you present proof of purchase from an authorized Mohu dealer.

Mohu will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge to you. This warranty covers parts, but does not cover any costs incurred in removal or reinstallation of the product. This limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged or fails due to: misuse, improper installation, abuse, and modification of the product as originally manufactured by Mohu.

Mohu will not assume any liabilities for any other warranties, expressed or implied by any other person. The foregoing shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of any person, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and Mohu shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage or commercial loss, or for any other loss or damage as set forth above.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Mohu will exchange the part with a new or refurbished part that is equivalent to the original part without charge to the purchasers when returned with proof of date of purchase. The replacement part will assume a new ninety (90) day warranty period from the date Mohu sends you the replacement part.

Refund Policy

At Mohu, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 90 days of the invoice date, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, your order must have been shipped directly from Mohu via our official website (gomohu.com).
• Refund requests must be made through our customer support team, either by phone or through our live chat service. Refunds will only be processed after verification of your order.

Restrictions:

• Orders made through third-party retailers or resellers (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or any other non-Mohu outlet) are not eligible for refunds directly from Mohu. Customers are advised to contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased to initiate any returns.
• In the event of repeat returns or suspected abuse of this policy, Mohu reserves the right to refuse any further refund requests, and any returned items will be subject to additional scrutiny.
• Mohu may, at its discretion, limit or deny refunds on orders from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or fraudulent activity.
